This time last year our face of MIM Jon Rowley had completed his 2nd IronRun event and this Saturday he will again be attempting to complete the sold out run which is being held in Kettering.
This year he has managed to persuade another member of the Stainless Steel Services team Lesley Lock to join him on the course for her first run of this kind which includes cargo nets, hurdles, A-Frames, Mud Pits, Rope Climbs and a 150 ft water slide in addition to the 6 K run.
I dare say there will be some very embarrassing photos to follow next week!!!!
