Stainless Steel Services are pleased to announce that they will be introducing another Apprentice to the company to start in 2016 for the second year running.
They will be placed within our highly experienced stock control department and will be able to complete their qualification within the work place giving them not only a solid understanding of Stainless Steel, the importance of quality and test certification, stock control processes and also production planning.
We have found that our comprehensive internal training programme has been successful running alongside the NVQ qualification and has enabled us to utilise their skills quickly in the day to day running of the department making them feel part of the team very early into the Apprenticeship scheme.
It is an exciting time for the company to be able to not only increase our workforce but to be able to pass on our many years of experience to the younger generation and be able to train them to be an a part of the SSS team for the future.
